This Refund Policy explains how deposits, cancellations, and refunds work for services purchased from BlitzHash (“BlitzHash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Nature of Our Services

BlitzHash provides custom digital services (including website development, software development, design, marketing, and consulting). These services are customized professional work, not mass-produced physical goods.

2. Deposits

Project deposits are required to reserve resources and begin work. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Deposits become non-refundable once project kickoff begins (including discovery calls that lead to scoped work, asset collection, design starts, or development starts)
• If we cancel a project before kickoff for reasons solely attributable to BlitzHash, we will refund the unused deposit in full

3. Cancellations by the Client

If you cancel after work has started:

• You remain responsible for fees covering completed work and committed third-party costs
• Any unused prepaid amount (after deducting completed work and non-recoverable costs) may be refunded at our discretion and based on project progress
• Milestone payments for completed milestones are non-refundable

4. Cancellations by BlitzHash

We may pause or cancel a project if required materials are not provided, invoices remain unpaid, the scope becomes unworkable, or the requested work violates law or our acceptable-use standards. In such cases, fees for completed work remain due. Any unused prepaid balance, if applicable, will be reviewed and refunded where appropriate.

5. Quality and Revision Issues

Each proposal includes an agreed revision process. If deliverables do not match the written scope, we will first attempt to remedy the issue through revisions. Refunds are not issued solely because subjective preferences change after approval of designs, copy, or features.

6. Subscription / Recurring Marketing Services

For monthly retainers (for example, social media or ongoing marketing), cancel at least 7 days before the next billing cycle unless your agreement states otherwise. Fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email assist@blitzhash.com with:

• Your full name and company name
• Invoice number / payment reference
• Date of payment and payment method
• Reason for the request

We aim to review refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Cryptocurrency refunds, if applicable, may be returned to a wallet address you provide and may be affected by network fees and market volatility.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of fees, costs, and related expenses.
