AI App Launch & Rescue

Launch your AI-built app, properly.

You've got a working prototype from Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit or Cursor. We make it secure, deploy it to your own domain and accounts, and hand it back with a runbook. Scope and quote agreed in writing before we start.

Illustrative example of our launch checklist.

What we usually find, and what we do about it.

Tables readable by anyone with the public key, because Row Level Security is off or a policy says using (true).

Enable RLS on every exposed table, write owner-based policies, and test them from a second user account.

Service-role or API secret keys in the frontend bundle.

Move secrets server-side (Edge Functions or API routes), rotate the exposed keys.

Login works in preview but redirects to localhost or fails on your domain.

Configure Site URL and redirect URLs, custom SMTP for auth email, and email confirmation.

Refreshing any page on the live site shows a 404.

Correct SPA rewrites or server routing for your host.

Stripe still in test mode, webhooks unsigned or never received.

Live keys, verified webhook signatures, idempotent handling, a test purchase end to end.

Deploys are “click publish and hope”.

GitHub as the source of truth, CI checks, preview deploys, production on your hosting account.

No backups you've restored, no alerts.

Scheduled backups, one restore test, uptime and error alerts to your inbox.

What the launch package covers

Security

  • RLS audit and fixes on your database
  • Secrets out of the browser and rotated
  • Auth settings and redirect URLs
  • Admin and API routes checked for missing authorization
  • Dependency and header check

Production

  • Deploy pipeline from GitHub to your host
  • Custom domain and HTTPS
  • Environment variables per environment
  • Payments and transactional email verified
  • Backups plus one restore test
  • Uptime and error monitoring
  • Written handover and runbook

Every app is different, so every launch is quoted after a free assessment. What shapes the quote: how many flows are broken, whether payments are involved, and whether data has to move (for example from Lovable Cloud to your own Supabase project).

What it doesn't include

New features beyond the agreed scope, redesigns, mobile app store releases, and ongoing support after the 14-day fix window. All of these are available separately; ask on the call.

How a launch runs

01

Free assessment

Send your app link and what's blocking you. Within 2 business days you get a written assessment and a written quote.

02

Fixed scope, in writing

You approve a one-page scope and quote. A deposit starts the work.

03

We build in your accounts

Every change lands as a pull request in your repository.

04

Launch and handover

We go live together and hand over a written runbook. The balance is due when the agreed checklist passes.

Typical timeline: 3–7 business days after the deposit, depending on scope.

Your deliverables

Assessment report

What's wrong, ranked by risk, with a written quote. Yours to keep even if you don't hire us.

Pull requests

Every change in your repository, reviewable and reversible.

Launch checklist

The agreed checks, each marked pass with evidence.

Runbook

How to deploy, roll back, restore a backup, and rotate keys.

How we keep this low-risk for you

  • Free written assessment before any payment.
  • Your quote is in writing. It doesn't move unless you change the scope.
  • A deposit to start, the balance on acceptance, all agreed in a written scope. Care and retainers are billed monthly, and you can cancel any time. If something we changed breaks within 14 days of launch, we fix it at no charge.
  • Work happens in your accounts, with access you can revoke.

From a client

“BlitzHash has by far the best developers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. My favorite project that we worked on together was for a highly complex pricing tool, involving hundreds of products, equations, and variables.”

FAQ

Questions worth answering first

Can you work with Lovable Cloud projects?

Yes. We can harden the project where it is or move it to a Supabase project and hosting account you own. The assessment will recommend one and explain why.

Do you need my GitHub?

Yes, ideally. Connect your project to a GitHub repository you own and invite us. If you can't, we'll show you how in 5 minutes.

Will you change my design?

No. We fix what's broken and make it production-safe. Design changes can be quoted separately.

What if my app is too far gone?

Then the assessment says so, and explains whether a rebuild or a partial rebuild is cheaper. You pay nothing for that answer.

Is my code and data safe with you?

We use the least access we need, in your accounts. We're happy to sign your NDA. Remove our access the day we finish.

How long does it take?

Typically 3–7 business days after the deposit, depending on scope.

Do you guarantee my app will be hack-proof?

No one honestly can. We guarantee the agreed checks pass, and we document what we checked so you know where you stand.

What happens after launch?

You can run it yourself with the runbook, or we can look after it every month on Managed Infrastructure Care.

Send us your app

Free. Written. Within 2 business days.

What did you build it with?
What do you need?

Don’t send passwords, API keys, or server credentials.

Next step

Tell us what you built. We'll tell you what it takes to ship it.

Book a free 30-minute call, or send your app for a free written assessment. Either way, you'll have a clear scope and a written quote before you pay anything.
