Terms

A quote is an offer for a written scope. Work starts when you accept that scope. We work in accounts you own. You can remove our access. Client code, data and infrastructure stay yours.

Payments

A deposit to start, the balance on acceptance, all agreed in a written scope. Care and retainers are billed monthly, and you can cancel any time. If something we changed breaks within 14 days of launch, we fix it at no charge. All quotes and invoices are in USD. The written scope is the agreement for a project. Care and retainers are described in their own scope.

Fix window

If something we changed breaks within 14 days of launch, we fix it at no charge. That window covers our changes. It does not promise that an application can never be compromised.

Confidentiality

We treat your code, data and credentials as confidential. We sign an NDA when you ask. Don’t send passwords or secret keys through the public form.

Liability

We do the work described in the scope. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular ranking, or that third-party platforms will behave. Liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project, except where the law doesn’t allow a limit.
