Launch-Ready Check
Find out if it is ready for real customers.
For an app that is built and either about to launch or already live. Built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, Replit, v0, Base44, or something like them.
Six questions we answer
- Is it safe?
- Is customer data private?
- Is it fast?
- Will it cope when more people show up?
- Is it built properly?
- Are you overpaying to run it?
What the check includes
- A hands-on review by a senior engineer.
- A test, with your permission, of whether a stranger can see customer data.
- A check of keys and passwords, logins, payments and backups.
- A speed test, and a test of what happens when more people show up.
- A look at the bill.
What you leave with
- A report in plain English, with red, amber and green for each area.
- The top fixes, in order.
- A quote for the Fix Sprint.
- A 30-minute walkthrough.
The quote is custom, after the assessment. We do not publish a price.
Then the Fix Sprint
We repair what the check found and test those repairs. When the app is live with real users, the usual next step is a Care Plan.
Sample report
Plain English, with a light for each question
Illustrative only. This is how a report reads. It is not a finding from a real app.
- Is it safe?Needs a closer lookA stranger could open one list of customer emails. That is the first thing we would close.
- Is customer data private? Not private yetOne signed-in person can see another customer's name and details.
- Is it fast?Looks fine in ordinary useThe main pages load quickly when you click around the way a customer would.
- Will it hold up?Not tested with a crowdIt has not been tried with lots of people at once. That test is part of the check.
- Is it built properly?Changes go straight liveThere is no practice copy. The next change would land on the app customers use.
- Are you overpaying? The bill can run awayThere is no spending cap. One exposed key to a paid service could run the bill up overnight.
Top fixes, in order
- Stop one customer from seeing another's records.
- Hide the keys to paid services, and turn on a spending alert.
- Add a practice copy before the next change goes live.
FAQ
Questions worth answering first
What is a Fix Sprint?
After the check, we fix what we found and test it again. The check tells you the order. The sprint does the work. You still own the code, the accounts and the data.
Will you rewrite my app?
No. We fix it in place where we can. We do not take the app over.
The builder already scanned it.
Scans flag issues. They do not fix them, and they miss things a person checks, such as whether one customer can see another's records, and whether the bill can run away.

Thirty minutes. We look at where you are, whether you are about to build, ready to launch, or already live, and tell you what matters first. You leave with a written next step, whether or not you hire us.
Every price is a custom quote after your assessment. No work starts until you accept the proposal.
