Vercel

Vercel bill too high?

A high Vercel bill is usually a few noisy lines, not the whole app. We name those lines, show a spending cap, and model what would drop before anything changes.

What we look at

  • Edge Requests, function runs, and bandwidth (how much data is sent).
  • Which pages or jobs create the noisy lines.
  • Spend Management: a cap and an alert before the bill runs away.
  • Whether the same waste is also on the Supabase or AI bill.

Bring the bill to a Bill Cut Review. We show the savings before anything moves. If the database is the expensive part, see how we reduce a Supabase bill.

FAQ

Questions worth answering first

What is an Edge Request?

A count of how many times Vercel's network answers a request for your site. A page that loads many small files, or a menu that asks the server on every click, can run that number up.

What is a function invocation?

A count of how many times a piece of server code runs. A page that calls it on every visit, including visits from bots, spends more than a page that calls it when a person does something.

Will a spending cap take the site offline?

A cap can stop new work once you hit it, which is the point. We show what the cap would pause before you turn it on, so a busy day does not surprise you.
